CCPA Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice for California Residents is only applicable to personal data of California residents (“consumers”), and it forms part of and supplements our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Notice has been provided to California Residents in order to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. (the “CCPA”), and all terms used in this notice have the same meaning.

Your Rights and Choices: Consumers have specific rights under the CCPA regarding their personal data. This section explains your CCPA rights, and how to exercise them.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights. You can request information about how we have used your personal data over the past twelve months. After we have received and confirmed your verifiable consumer request we will disclose the following: (a) The categories of personal data we collected; (b) The sources from which we obtained that personal data; (c) Our business or commercial purpose in collecting or selling that personal info; (d) The categories of third parties with which we share that personal Information; (e) The specific pieces of personal privacy we collected (also known as a Data Portability Request); (f) If we shared your personal details for a business purpose, each recipient’s personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

You have the right to request deletion. Subject to some exceptions, you have the right to ask us to delete any personal information we have about you. We will remove your personal data from our records and direct any service providers to do so, provided that we have received and confirmed your verifiable consumer request. If we believe that retaining your personal information is necessary to complete the transaction for the purpose for which it was collected, provide the good or service requested by you, or to prosecute those responsible, we may deny your request. Penal Code SS1546 et. seq. seq.

Only you or an authorized person registered with California Secretary of State may request verifiable consumer information about your personal data.

A verifiable consumer request can only be made twice in any 12-month time frame. Verifiable consumer requests must be: (a. provide enough information to allow us to reasonably verify that the individual we have collected personal data about or that you are an authorized representative; and (b. describe your request in sufficient detail that it allows us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. If we are unable to verify your identity, authority or confirm that the personal data is relevant to you, we will not respond to your request. To verify the identity and authority of the requestor, we will only use the personal information in a verifiable consumer inquiry.

Format and timing of response. We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45), days from receipt. We will notify you in writing if we need more time (up to 90 days). All disclosures that we make will be limited to the 12 months preceding receipt of the verifiable consumer demand. If applicable, we will explain why we can’t comply with the request in our response. We will provide data portability requests in a format that is easily accessible and should permit you to transfer the information between entities without any hindrance. We don’t charge any fees to respond to verifiable consumer requests unless they are excessively repetitive or unfounded. We will inform you why the request is worth it and give you a cost estimate before we complete your request.

Non-Discrimination. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights. Unless otherwise permitted by the CCPA we will not deny you goods and services; (b), charge you different rates or prices for goods or goods, including discounts or penalties; (c); provide goods or goods of a higher quality; or (d) suggest to you that you might receive a lower price or rate for goods, services, or a different quality. We may, however, offer financial incentives that are permitted by the CCPA. These can lead to different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentives we offer will be reasonable related to your personal data and include written terms that explain the program’s materials aspects. Participation in financial incentive programs requires prior consent. You can revoke this consent at any time.
